Born Jilin ,China. 1968.Li Zhaoyong,Bei Shui is the stage name .freelance artist, living in Beijing.
1993 Graduated from the fine of northeast normal university.
2007 Berlin, Germany. Solo Exhibition in Optikpark Rathenow , Germany
　　 The series of “dialogue”was collect by the art museum of German savings bank headquarters.
