北京对画空间画廊荣幸地宣布刘俐蕴、刘立宇、邱思婷三人联展——“三重奏”将于2010年12月12日15点开幕。这是中国当代艺术首次与芭蕾舞表演艺术的跨界合作。源于对至纯至美之境的共同追求，对画空间得以跨越艺术的边界，以前所未有的展览形式牵手两种不同类别的艺术表现，使之实现相互间的对话。

作为国内女性装置艺术家的杰出代表，刘俐蕴和刘立宇的作品广受追捧。一贯以丝绸等软性材料营造立体山水意趣的刘俐蕴，将为本次展览特别呈现其最新的架上装置作品，细密柔和的丝线布满平面画布，使简单的事物在画面上呈现出了一片抽象的诗意。而刘立宇则将带来她超越视觉常规的玻璃项链和戒指作品，在高挑的空间中诉说人性的华美和脆弱。在材质的选择和表达上，两位艺术家将一软一硬的概念演绎到极致。作为德国慕尼黑巴伐利亚国家大剧院首位亚裔芭蕾舞艺术家，邱思婷将在开幕现场为本次展览特别编排一场芭蕾行为表演，并在环绕的装置艺术作品中翩翩起舞。每一件作品在空间中静态而自成一体的同时，又仿佛构成一个背景和舞台，美轮美奂的舞姿置身华美的物景之间，以动衬静，动静相宜。

三位艺术家不仅分别缔造了属于她们内心的独特世界，同时又共同诠释了对美的感受，即美不仅仅停留在平面，更是可以蔓延至三维立体空间，并最终触动人们的内心。这场视觉盛宴将最大限度的实现观众与梦中的芭蕾舞真正零距离接触。据策展人李颖介绍，“刘俐蕴、刘立宇的装置作品也将出现在邱思婷2010纪念肖邦诞辰200周年的芭蕾专场“足尖上的肖邦”全国巡演上海及北京站的舞台上。”

Beijing's Dialogue Space Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of Liu Li Yun, Liu Liyu, Sisi Qiu’s “Three Queens” exhibition, which will take place on December 12th, 2010 at 15:00. This is the first time in the history of Chinese contemporary art that performance and ballet have been combined in the same transcendental exhibition. While they both have their source in the quest for pure beauty, Dialogue Space has had to cross borders and invent unprecedented forms of exhibition to bring together two very different types of artistic expression, and to activate their mutual dialogue..

As outstanding representatives of female installation art, Liu Li Yun and Liu Liyu's works are widely sought-after. Liu Li Yun, who typically uses silk and other soft materials to create most interesting three-dimensional landscapes, shall for this  exhibition present her latest rack installations These are completely covered with fine soft silk fabric, thereby giving simple objects a veil of abstraction and a poetic touch. Liu Liyu will bring her glass necklaces and rings that surpass conventional vision, calling forth a lofty proclamation of humanity, beauty and fragility. In their choices of material and expression, the two artists bring the concepts of softness and hardness to the extreme. As the first Asian artist in the Bavarian State Ballet of Munich, Germany, Sisi Qiu has choreographed a special ballet performance for the opening of this exhibition, and she will flutter lightly in an elegant dance around and among the works and installations. While each work in the space will remain static and whole, they will simultaneously constitute a background and a stage. The magnificent dance will take place amid this beautiful scenery made of art works, where movement will reinforce stillness in an unexpected combination of artistic expressions.

These three artists not only create their own unique world that belongs to their innermost selves, they also share a common interpretation of the sense of beauty:  that beauty will not remain merely on a flat surface,  but will expand into  three-dimensional space,  finally touching people's hearts. This visual feast will bring as close as possible the realization of the dream of every ballet audience:  to be almost within contact distance of the dancer.

According to curator Amy Ying Li , the "Liu Li Yun, Liu Liyu installation works” will also appear in the Beijing and Shanghai performances of the special ballet show "Chopin on pointes" which will make a national tour in 2010, in commemoration of the 200th anniversary of Chopin‘s birth.
