在我所认识的80后女性艺术家中，陈赟的想象力、表现力以及作品的内在张力都是相当惊人的，她通过电脑绘画的虚拟方式，制造出绚丽奇幻的白日梦，把一个诡异迷人的妄想国度呈现在我们面前。浓厚的中国传统韵味和极具创意的未来感在她的作品中水乳交融，更显示出她对东方文化特质的独到理解。限于资金和技术的制约，她作品中的形象暂时还是静止状态的，我觉得一旦有了合适的技术平台，她会成为一个出色的动画艺术家、一个另类的影像创造者。

For all the post-80s women artists I know, Chen Yun is one of those who show amazing imagination, expressiveness and tension in her works.

Through visual ways of computer-generated drawing, she creates a series of gorgeous and fantastic day-dreams, which presenting us a strange but enchanting kingdom.  The prefect mix of traditional Chinese aroma and futuristic concept reveals her unique understanding of the oriental culture.  Restricted by funding and technology, characters in her paintings were static images by far.  If techically supported, she is surely going to be an excellent animation artist as well as an alternative visual contributor.
