王晓松：另外像这种涉及到港澳台的展览，展出的所有东西都要报批，比如影像作品就要报整个片子而不能是一个截图。今年春节比较早，可能有一部分涉及到请工人的制作在春节前后没法进行，所以我希望在元旦能够把作品全部做出来，这样的话我们可以在元旦过后就可以把方案报上去，在得到文化局的审批同意之前我们没有办法和运输公司联系，其他前期的宣传等工作也很难进行。这个是行政规定，希望大家理解、配合，具体的时间、要求我们会根据工作量再发给大家确认。
Wang Xiaosong: moreover, all stuff to be exhibited relating to Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan are required to be reviewed. For video, all shall be submitted for review instead of just one screenshot. The Spring Festival arrives in an early time so it is impossible for some parts which are to be done by employed workers to go on a couple of days before and after the Spring Festival. Therefore, I hope we can complete all the work before the New Year, so we can submit the plan after the New Year. We can’t contact Transportation Company and other preliminary promotion can also hardly be launched before the approval of Culture Affairs Bureau. It is an administrative regulation and we hope you can understand and coordinate. We will send you the exact time line and requirements based on the workload for your confirmation.

在这个过程中请搜集好所有涉及作品创作和交流的文献资料，比如草图、E—mail或者影像、图片等等，所有你认为是必要的材料汇总给我们，所有的图片都要能够符合印刷的要求，我们再提供给设计师。设计师是我们参展的艺术家之一，他们要为这个展览做一个作品画册，要给他们比较长的时间来考虑这个问题。其他如作品运输、设计品制作印刷等，我们来和运输公司、设计师沟通、安排。
During this period, please collect all information concerning the creation and exchange, such as, draft, e-mail or video and picture, etc, all things that you think play a necessary role and then give them to us. All pictures should meet printing requirement. We will hand it over to designers who are also participant of this exhibition and they will make a catalogue. It is necessary to give them a long period of time to think it over. We are responsible for the transportation of works, production and printing, etc.

我们向每位参展的艺术家提供5000元的材料费，每组艺术家在做这件作品的时候具体怎么去花这5000块钱由你们自己商量。还有一个问题，何香凝美术馆是公立机构，所有费用的支出都要有正式的票据，材料费也要有发票才能报销支付，希望大家一定要留下来票据，凭票报销。超过5000块钱的部分就不能承担，但是不足的差额也不会再补。发票抬头为：何香凝美术馆，内容就是材料费。
We provide 5000 Yuan for each artist as material cost quota. The pair can decide how to spend this money. Another point I would like to make clear: Hexiangning Art Museum is a public organization, so all expenditure should be attached with formal proofs and the material cost quota can only be reimbursed with invoices. Please bear in mind to keep proofs to make the reimbursement. No reimbursement for additional cost and no subsidy if the expenditure falls short of 5000 Yuan. The invoice should be issued with the title of Hexiangning Art Museum for material cost.

另外艺术家在互访的时候，我们承担一位艺术家三天的住宿费和餐饮，餐饮和住宿的标准都是按何香凝美术馆工作人员出差的标准来做的，每天住宿不超过人民币350块钱，餐饮一天补助100，不用票据，住宿一定要有票据；机票可以由我们来代订，或者你们自己订，到时候我们报销，如果是飞机是经济舱，火车为硬卧中铺，不承担软卧费用。这一块我们会到时候再单独给大家提示文件。
For the visit between the pair, we pay three-day accommodation and meals for one artist’s visit based on the standard of business trip of staff at Hexiangning Art Museum; the cost of accommodation should be within 350 Yuan per day with invoice; 100 yuan will be provided every day for meals without invoice required. The flight tickets can be booked either by you or by us and we will reimburse the cost. Flight is limited to economic class and train to middle hard berth. We will not pay the cost of soft berth. We will send to detailed information for this aspect later.

冯博一：刚才王晓松说到1+1交流的过程怎么来记录、怎么提供给我们，我们编辑完之后再交给设计师来设计，这是一个过程。以后像今天这样面对面交流的机会就不会多了，基本上都是通过E—mail或者是通过QQ聊天、通电话等，我希望为这个作品在商量的过程中，是不是能够提供一些有关的文字资料？也为这个展览的作品提供一个更多方面的信息。

第二，能不能在制作过程当中有些图片、影像资料。画册要把交流的过程体现出来，除了文字，还可以有草图，比如在上面怎么布置、呈现，材料怎么安排······，这方面的信息越多，展览的真实性和多层次体现得越充分。希望大家在这个过程当中能够有所记录，在记录的基础上整理一下，然后发给我们编入画册。
Second, we are wondering if it is possible to include some pictures and videos during the production. The catalogue is to showcase the process of communication; besides text, we can also add sketches to illustrate various related arrangements. The more information we have, the clearer the picture we will present. We hope you can keep record and organize it, then send it to us; we will edit it into the catalogue.

王晓松：再补充一点，咱们是三地巡展，何香凝美术馆是首站，在这儿举办开幕式时邀请所有的艺术家和策展人出席，承担大家在深圳三天的住宿费、餐饮费，住宿和餐饮的标准也是按照美术馆的标准来进行。如果说你的作品需要更多时间在这边布展，我们再单独的沟通。在香港和台湾的展出，我们也欢迎所有的艺术家出席，但因为经费的限制只能承担落地之后的住宿和餐饮，所需要的一些手续我们会协助大家办理，比如说入台的邀请函等。
Wang Xiaosong: one more explanation. The exhibition will be held in three places and our museum is the first stop. All artists and curators will be invited for the opening ceremony. At that time, the cost for accommodation and meals during the three-day stay in Shenzhen will be paid by us with standard in accordance with our internal policy. We also welcome all of you to the opening held in Hongkong and Taiwan but we can only pay the accommodation and meals during your stay there due to the limited budget. We will help you with all necessary procedures, such as, the invitation for Tainwan visit and so on.

王德瑜：材料费是凭借着单据报销，单据的时限性要怎么办？
Wang Deyu: the material cost is reimbursed based on proofs. How about the time limit of the proofs?

王晓松：材料费的时间是从现在到展览展出之前，除此之外的范围就不行了。单据也不能提供太晚，美术馆按照项目结帐，到时候我们会再提醒大家。
Wang Xiaosong: the time line for the material cost is from now on until the opening of the exhibition. No reimbursement can be made beyond this time period. You are also required to provide the proofs on time since our museum clear the reimbursement based on each project. We will remind you of the exact time by then.

冯博一：每组艺术家在做方案时还是要适当考虑费用和设备。设备上我们尽量提供电脑、音响，，别如说我一下子需要十台投影仪，或者做影像装置需要非常高端的一些技术设备或非常昂贵，自己能提供最好了，我们这边就提供不了。但比如说做一个假墙等等都可以，你们提供的方案我们要审核，设备的预算如果超出太多的话是不行的，这一点希望大家注意。
Feng Boyi: each pair should also take adequate consideration to expenditure and equipment when you work on the plan. We will try our best to provide computer, sound system and so on. However, if you need ten projectors at one time, or some equipments with very advanced technology or of high price for making video installation, you’d better solve it by yourself. If you want to make a fake wall, it is ok, we can do it. We will review your proposal, which might be denied if it goes too far beyond the budget for equipment. Please pay attention to this.
